As a high school track runner who discovered a love for long distance running (she joins the ranks with her bosses, Mike and Debbie as a Boston marathon qualifier), all things organic and preventative health, Katie knows firsthand the power nutrition holds in optimal performance and wellness. Through eduation at the Univeristy of Idaho, self education and experience working closely with clients, Katie exemplifies what nourishment should look like. Her passion is to help individuals attain their health and performance goals with proper nourishment since eating is one of the few aspects of life one can control. She leads by example in teaching her clients the ultimate way of eating, taking them back in time to the way we are designed to eat -- she is the area expert on Paleolithic nutrition.
